2020年11月21日 · What the lot has is a negative radiation effect over a 30 tile radius. Even though there was no actual radiation produced from this, the game shows the green dots because the magnitude of the effect trigger that regardless. I didn't download the dependencies to preview it in game, but here were the properties seen in the LEProp tool:

2016年7月3日 · As far as Ennedi and Lowkee were able to determine, the hydrology simulation is mostly a moisture simulation (since the dynamic aspect of that simulation is disabled), and moisture is directly affected by wind. The effect was determined to be hardcoded barring new evidence, as all efforts to change its direction were unsuccessful.

2010年5月26日 · It would seem that there is a disconnect between radiation-per-tile which is treated as a simple yes/no, and radiation effect per structure. When you save, the game looks at each tile and totals up all of the area-of-effect buffs; if the total is less than 0 (e.g. -1000 + 8 = -992) then the radiation value for that tile is set to 0.

And like I said earlier, I haven't encountered any serious education-related issues. At the most I've had that nagging message about the lack of skilled workers for a single factory, which didn't disappear despite having good education.
