2024年10月28日 · When we suddenly see emails disappearing from Outlook desktop client inbox. We login to the web version and as soon as we are there the emails shows for 2 seconds and then they disappear then we open her outlook client on mobile and same thing. We see them for 2-3 seconds and then they disappear. She had 40 emails in the inbox that are gone.

I am trying to get just the current 'sent' and 'current ;received' mail, but try as I may, I only seem to get out-dated mail showing. I am a 'silver surfer' with not a lot of in-depth knowledge of the computer world! So help would be greatly appreciated.

For the issue of replying to deleted emails, in the new outlook, if you permanently deleted it, you can log in to your mailbox on the web side to see if the emails are still there, and if they are not there it means that the server indeed does not have those emails anymore.

With each and every email, I have to physically go to >options >save sent items to. and then select where i want the sent item to appear BEFORE I send the email to the recipient.
