Bill filed in Arkansas legislature to restore abortion rights
2024年11月20日 · LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A bill filed Wednesday in the Arkansas legislature would restore the right to abortion in the state. House Bill 1011 would repeal Arkansas Code Title 5, Chapter 61, Subchapter 3, called the “Arkansas Human Life Protection Act,” and replace it with the “Restore Roe Act.”
